Shipping
Free shipping on US orders over $100. Excludes skateboard decks and special/limited releases (QuickStrikes, launch-date products). We ship daily via USPS and UPS from Charlotte, NC — most US destinations receive ground shipments within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 1:30 pm ET on business days typically ship same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships with tracking info.
In-Store Pickup
Select "In Store Pick Up" at checkout to pick up your order at our Charlotte location (830 Lamar Avenue). We'll contact you when it's ready. Bring your order number and valid ID. Pickup is available during regular store hours.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns and exchanges work — read through before placing your order so there are no surprises.
What's eligible
Regular-priced footwear, apparel, and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact (including manufacturer packing paper and extra laces for footwear). Footwear must be double-boxed in a separate shipping box — do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.
What's final sale (not eligible for return)
- Special releases and QuickStrike products
- Sale and discounted items
- Skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, completes, grip tape)
These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase. All sales on these categories are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
How to start a return
- Use our contact form within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Include your name, email, order number, and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.
- Ship your return to the address below. Use a tracked shipping service — we're not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Wrong item or defective product?
If we shipped you the wrong item or your order arrived defective, contact us immediately and we'll make it right — exchange, store credit, or full refund including shipping.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already entered the shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All products are guaranteed new and 100% authentic from the manufacturer.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Japan. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For questions about international orders, contact us.
