Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Typically orders placed before 1:30pm Eastern Standard Time will ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following day. All weekend orders ship the following Monday. Please note that all shipping services and times only apply to Business Days.

Orders with cart total over $60 ship free within the Continental United States -- Hawaii, Alaska and FPO Military addresses excluded. Black Sheep ships daily via U.S. Postal Service and UPS Delivery. Customers are emailed confirmation once the order has been placed to let you know the order was successfully received and again when the package has been shipped with tracking information provided. If you fail to receive email confirmations please contact us.
All packages ship from Charlotte, North Carolina 28204 with fast and affordable shipping anywhere within the United States. Charlotte, NC is centrally located on the East Coast of the U.S. enabling us to reach many destinations within 1-3 Business days using ground transit.

Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue cash refunds for online sales. All returns will be authorized at the discretion of Black Sheep.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. Black Sheep is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages.
All goods must be returned as received: double boxed (using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn, or used items.

All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. Any items listed with price discounted as "Sales" or skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes, etc.) are not eligible for returns. Please choose your sizing carefully.

Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card.
Unfortunately, during Phase 1 of our new site launch, we are not shipping internationally. Currently we are shipping to locations within the United States only. However, we plan to offer International options in our Phase 2 launch in the future.
