Returns - Refunds - Exchanges
Terms of our return policy are subject to change without advanced warning at the discretion of Black Sheep. Please be aware of the return/exchange policy when placing an order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue refunds for online sales of Special Release / QuickStrike styles, Discounted / Sale merchandise or skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes, etc.). All returns / exchanges will be authorized at the discretion of Black Sheep.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at order@blacksheepskateshop.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. Any items listed with price discounted as "Sales" or skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes, etc.) are not eligible for returns. Please choose your sizing carefully.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange or return your item, send us an email at order@blacksheepskateshop.com with exchange information request and send your item to: 830 Lamar Avenue Charlotte North Carolina US 28204.
Return Shipping
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your item. Please contact us via our contact us page or email us directly at order@blacksheepskateshop.com to request a Return Authorization.
All goods must be returned as received: double boxed (using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn, or used items.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. Black Sheep is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages.
Please include your original invoice or note with your name, email and order number to ensure we credit the correct account, along with choice of exchange size or refund request.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Should you receive a shipment with incorrect order items, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card once returned at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to request an order cancellation. Please note that orders that have already entered into our Shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.
